Global warming is real and a threat to the world's animal population. The year 2004 was the fourth hottest on record, extending a trend since 1990. If we continue to emit greenhouse gases at our current pace, our earth's temperature is projected to skyrocket by as much as 10º F in the next 100 years.

These spectacular trees come in all shapes and sizes, as well as represent a variety of species found all over the world. See the exhibit, talk to experts about the art of bonsai, and see daily demonstrations.

In addition, the Viera High School will showcase a dozen pieces of wildlife artwork Andy Warhol style.

As part of the weekend, Brevard Zoo will offer free admission to all active and retired military. If your spouse is currently on active duty and out of the county, the Zoo will honor free admission to you, the spouse. Military identification is required.
