Global warming is real and a threat to the world's animal population. The year 2004 was the fourth hottest on record, extending a trend since 1990. If we continue to emit greenhouse gases at our current pace, our earth's temperature is projected to skyrocket by as much as 10º F in the next 100 years.

James has spend a lot of time looking for a good option for a movable camera, but did not find anything that would work here. We are now going to do a test with the cameras they use in Ebo Forest Research Project. They are steady cameras, but they work only when something moves in front of the camera. In Ebo they have already made amazing little films of several different species of primates and other animals. Also they are very sturdy in a plastic case, made for the tropical rainforest. I will keep you informed.
