Junk Mail

Did you know that each year millions of trees and billions of gallons of water are used to create junk mail, most of which never gets recycled? There are several things you can do to reduce how much junk mail you receive.

When you receive unwanted mail, take a minute to call the company (usually toll-free) to remove your address from its list.

Brevard Zoo now offers scouts a variety of workshops that meet badge requirements. Each workshop promises hands-on fun and learning with planned activities, animal encounters, and admission to the Zoo. Click Here for workshop dates and details!

Overnight
Spend the night on a private scout overnight. All overnights include craft, game, hands-on-animal presentation, Zoo safari, pizza, nighttime snack, and a continental breakfast. The craft and presentation can be catered to meet the needs for a scout badge.

Night Hike
Night hikes are offered Fridays and Saturdays from 6 to 9 p.m. for children ages 5 to 12. Cost includes pizza, drinks, hands-on animal presentation, guided Zoo safari tour, game, craft, and lots of fun! Cost is $24 per person for Zoo members and $25 per person for non-members. A non-refundable deposit is required. A minimum of 10 participants is needed to reserve a group night hike.
