The availability of clean water is one of the central issues of our time, and we all need to do our part to use this resource wisely. Saving water is simple!

"Turn the water off while brushing your teeth, washing your hands, and washing dishes."

Flying WILD
Flying WILD, a program of the Council for Environmental Education, introduces students to bird conservation through standards-based classroom activities. Brevard Zoo is a City Partner for Flying WILD, and therefore, we incorporate these standards into our Zoo School, Zoo Explorer, scouting, overnight/night hike, camps, and other educational program offerings. Flying WILD encourages schools to work closely with conservation organizations, community groups, and businesses involved with birds to implement school bird festivals and bird conservation projects.
